Don’t love it? Return it!
We want nothing more than for you to love and adore your new lashes. If you are not happy with your latest purchase, feel free to return your items within 30 days from receipt date – and that’s a promise! All we ask is for your item/s to be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. You can return your items by addressing it within 30 days from receipt date by contacting email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be more than happy to assist you further.
- Product/s that have been unused, un-tampered with and unopened will be eligible for a return.
- Tampering/removal of security seals will NOT be eligible for a return due to hygienic reasons.
- Your return must be sent within the 30 day period of when you have purchased your item
- No visible signs of use. This includes lash glue and tampered lashes
- Product/s must be returned in their original packaging
- Gift sets, bundles and kits must be returned in full, including their original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return.
- Sale items are final. We do not accept returns on any sale items or promotions.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will not be responsible if your returned package is missing. Please ensure that your package has a tracking number.
What happens next?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Business days are working days from Monday - Friday. This excludes public holidays and weekends.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged of defective item, please address your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days from receiving items or as soon as possible. If you’ve addressed your concern after 7 days, a credit note may be issued.
Wrong or mistake order
Received a wrong or incomplete order? Please contact email@example.com within 7 days from receiving your order with your order number and a photo of your items and we’ll assist you further. After the required (7) days, unfortunately we will not be able to replace your items.
