At Lashes of Decadence, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your lashes, adhesive or accessories, we’re here to help with an easy returns and exchange process.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on all unopened and unused products. If your item is still sealed and in its original condition, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@lashesofdecadence.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase.
  • Please note: We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or exchange if your product:

  • Is faulty or damaged.
  • Does not match the description provided.
  • Fails to perform as promised.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at hello@lashesofdecadence.com within 14 days of receiving your order, along with a photo and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair based on the nature of the fault.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
  • If the product is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Return or Exchange a Product

  1. Contact us at hello@lashesofdecadence.com to request a return or exchange.
  2. Package your item securely and include your order number.
  3. Ship the product back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
